Job Description:
Minimum 6 Years plus experience in a Technical Support role
Hands-on knowledge with LogZ, Dynatrace, Snowflake database, CloudWatch, ServiceNow, AWS EC2, Python
Good to have domain knowledge of telecom, wireless domain
Excellent communicator, both oral and written
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Love being the first line of support and troubleshooting issues
Java API working Knowledge who has troubleshooting experience working in Postman / SOAP UI
Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve customer support tickets
Able to multitask efficiently under time pressure
Able to work with cutting edge technology and assimilate information rapidly
Good to have work experience in Telecom companies
Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field preferred
Any Graduate
