Description

1. Program management experience in implementing large IT programs that require coordination across multiple sections within IT and other divisions of the organization.

2. Supervise team members for executing the Program.

3. Provide stakeholder communications for mission-critical programs.

4. Understand program structure, launch plans and timelines, and program ownership.

5. Coordinate with sections of the Information Management Division to develop a BCDR implementation

strategy for the division.

6. Implement an Enterprise Architecture tool with a focus on critical applications and dependency

management.

7. Leverage management, business, and information technology skills to guide initiatives to completion

within specified time and budget constraints.

8. Must possess traits such as flexibility, assertiveness, approachability, and foresight. The ability to

handle stressful situations, delegate tasks, and integrate team member ideas is crucial.

9. Provide updated status reports on project health and overall progress; identify and communicate

roadblocks/risks, and escalate to the project sponsor as needed.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience

1. Bachelor"s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management

information systems or equivalent.

2. Master of Business Administration (MBA).

3. Broad experience in implementing Large Programs.

4. Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions and recommendations with limited data.

5. Solid analytical/problem-solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex

problems.

6. Preferred Certification:

a. CBCP

b. TOGAF 10.0

c. Cloud Certifications (AWS or AZURE)
