Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Puppet Enterprise servers and software for internal team use cases
• Work with PE team to offer guidance and expertise in the Puppet development space
• Develop and review code for PE and deploy to production
• Shell scripting in Bash and Powershell
• Strong grasp of Windows and RedHat Linux operating systems
• Abilities to codify changes to Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Openness to learn and incorporate new technologies and patterns
• Strong communicator
• Maintain engineer level and user facing documentation
• Strong command of SDLC patterns
• Ability to manage code with git

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Maintain and produce code in Python
• Manage pipelines with Jenkins
• Familiarity or expertise with Ruby, Ansible, PowerApps, containerization, ADO Pipelines, Web patterns with HTML/CSS/Javascript, Flask, and/or Restful services.
