We're seeking a Technical Lead to manage and oversee third-party vendors in the implementation of the client's AWS Connect and Salesforce integration project. This role will work directly with the Chief Architect to ensure technical excellence and architectural alignment across APAC markets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead technical scoping sessions and challenge vendor proposals
- Review and validate technical specifications and solution designs
- Ensure integration patterns align with enterprise architecture standards
- Oversee API development and integration points between systems
- Validate technical deliverables from vendors
- Provide technical guidance on call flow design and IVR architecture
- Manage technical dependencies across multiple APAC markets
- Design and review test strategies for integration components
- Conduct technical risk assessments and mitigation planning
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of technical experience in financial services or insurance
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with telephony systems
- Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) principles
- Experience with REST APIs and middleware integration patterns
- Knowledge of AWS services, particularly AWS Connect
- Experience in contact center technology implementations
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region
