  1. Draw as-is technical landscape / architecture by -
    • Assessing existing legacy system
    • Identifying technical debt and highlighting in diagram
    • Identifying Performance bottlenecks and highlighting
    • Architectural limitations
    • All peripheral systems integrations need to be listed and assessed
  2. Define target architecture (suggestion of tools and technologies, referring to existing toolsets and take wise decisions)
  3. Align with BA for to be business processes  
  4. Together deliver target system rough roadmap.
