About the Role:
The Technical Subject Matter Expert will be part of the Federal Government Solution Team in DivIHN and will report to the Director – Government Solutions.

Primary accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Understanding thoroughly the technical and functional solution capabilities in DivIHN and with its partners, in order to think up and write up solutions that meet the US Federal Government needs, using the in-house and partner capabilities
  • Assisting DivIHN’s growth by enabling successful responses to US Federal RFIs and RFPs in the IT professional services space by:

o    Reviewing federal government Request for Proposals and Information (RFPs & RFIs).
o    Assessing the opportunities’ suitability to DivIHN and partner organization capabilities
o    Assisting in bid/no-bid decision making based on DivIHN’s capability to perform outlined requirements. 
o    Utilizing current DivIHN tools, technology, and personal Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to research and build realistic, unique, and elegant solutions to exceed customer requirements.

  • Developing innovative white papers/presentations for government/partner meetings. 
  • Assisting in maturing DivIHN’s capture methodology.
  • Assisting in proposal development for prospective customers. 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT field required. 
  • Experience with ERP and/or Middleware technical solutioning required. 
  • Experience with Enterprise/Cloud Architecture (Migration and Modernization, Cloud Operations, DevSecOps) required.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow preferred. 
  • Experience in federal opportunity proposal writing is preferred.
  • Excellent professional writing capability in technology context is required.
