  • Need to work out of customer office in San Jose
  • Prior-Cisco experience in Scrum Master role, handling complex cross-functional IT projects, preferred
  • Ability to work with geographically spread-out teams (with onsite/offshore model)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to bring together diverse team and align to common goals and project milestones
  • Strong skills in dependency management, change management, release planning & execution, ongoing issues/risks management
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in planning, tracking, and management reporting
  • Drive quality control practices and agile metrics in development & QA activities within team ensuring alignment with corporate performance expectations
