Technical Scrum Master

JOB DESCRIPTION ::
We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master with a strong background in Mobile Application Development and OTT platforms to drive Agile delivery of cutting-edge digital media solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing cross-functional development teams in fast-paced environments, with a deep understanding of Agile practices, video streaming technology, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide teams in Agile/Lean best practices while tailoring methods to team maturity.
Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and engineering leads to manage the product backlog effectively.
Ensure delivery of high-quality mobile and OTT solutions within defined timelines.
Identify and manage dependencies between teams, components, and services.
Ensure alignment with business goals and technology strategy, particularly for OTT features such as video streaming, DRM, content recommendation, and analytics.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in IT with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
Proven experience managing development for mobile apps (iOS, Android) and OTT platforms (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV).
understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, Firebase, etc.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background as a developer, QA engineer, or technical analyst is a plus.
Experience working with cross-geo teams in a scaled agile environment.
Knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Conviva).
Experience with CI/CD, API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
