  • Need one 12+ Years experienced strong PCEO with exp. in DotNet or Java
  • Understanding Product roadmap, Technical scope of the project
  • Ensure timely delivery for Scrum/Kanban teams
  • Setup all Agile ceremonies in the project
  • Effective in knowledge transfer from on-site to off-shore
  • Effectively engage the client on daily basis
  • Should be able to handle technical discussions with architects and propose improvement ideas
  • Should be effective communicator and present status updates to key stakeholders
  • Should be able to lead Thinking Breakthrough sessions to effectively solve business problems
