Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer, utilizing a 360-degree approach.
Become an expert in sourcing talent on LinkedIn Recruiter Power Search (RPS) and other online platforms.
Leverage your knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
Craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in the selection process.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and account managers throughout the process.
Work as per GDPR compliance standards
Working on IT service and direct client portfolios across European Region


Your Profile

Minimum 1 - 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across various roles and industries.
Adept at utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Search (RPS) for advanced sourcing strategies.
Worked on European based sourcing portals like Xing Talent Manager, TotalJobs, JobUp, Pracuj, EURES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
A genuine passion for recruiting and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Openness to experiencing new cultures and a willingness to work across the Europe markets.
