Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and hire candidates for Telecom and IT roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment.

Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, coordinating assessments as needed.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and networking.

Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring processes.

 

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years in Telecom/IT recruitment.

Skills: Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.

Preferred: Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, network engineers, and IT managers
