Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and stay updated on IT and tech industry trends and technologies.
Support in creating job descriptions and posting jobs on relevant platforms.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT/technical roles (training will be provided).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
