Job Summary
We are seeking a professional technical recruiter to participate in full life cycle recruiting for our current contracts and project opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify, attract, and secure stellar technical talent.
- Expand candidate funnel through digital channels, networking, university partnerships, and in-person outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing, in-person/digital outreach, skills analysis, interview process, reference checks, and final offer.
- Reaching out to qualified candidates utilizing tools like Github, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
- Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to Manager.
- Continuously improve and standardize recruitment process to support the fast-growing company.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong decision-making ability
Professional Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent and sourcing experience in IT Technology Recruitment preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
- Expert in technical role fill strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other sourcing tools
- Understand IT terminology including how various tools and tech stacks are interrelated
