Job Summary

We are seeking a professional technical recruiter to participate in full life cycle recruiting for our current contracts and project opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify, attract, and secure stellar technical talent.
  • Expand candidate funnel through digital channels, networking, university partnerships, and in-person outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing, in-person/digital outreach, skills analysis, interview process, reference checks, and final offer.
  • Reaching out to qualified candidates utilizing tools like Github, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
  • Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to Manager.
  • Continuously improve and standardize recruitment process to support the fast-growing company.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong decision-making ability

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent and sourcing experience in IT Technology Recruitment preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Expert in technical role fill strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other sourcing tools
  • Understand IT terminology including how various tools and tech stacks are interrelated
