Key Responsibilities:
🔹End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for technical roles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, IT, or related field)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in domestic IT recruitment
• Proven track record in hiring for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Guidewire, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Cloud-based technologies.
• Strong skills in client handling and vendor coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
