Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
Conduct talent mapping
Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions
Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences
Qualifications:
Experience 4 - 6 Years
Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting
Strong understanding of the Engineering/R&D hiring process
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies
