Essential Job Functions:

• Act as the trusted advisor in recruiting
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
• Conduct talent mapping
• Recommend and lead hiring strategy discussions
• Provide world-class hiring manager and candidate experiences

Qualifications:

• Experience 4 - 6 Years
• Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Strong understanding of the Engineering/R&D hiring process
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to recommend and implement hiring strategies
