1 to 6 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industry
Experience with USA based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUST
Experience recruiting US candidates on W2 and/or C2C
Excellent handling of end to end recruiting
Working with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Indeed.com etc.
Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc
Experience with ATS like JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, CATSone or similar
Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in hybrid model will be plus point
Working hours: 8pm to 5:30am IST
Responsibilities:
Full Life Cycle of Technical Recruiting (Sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
