Required Qualifications:

  • 1 to 6 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industry
  • Experience with USA based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUST
  • Experience recruiting US candidates on W2 and/or C2C
  • Excellent handling of end to end recruiting
  • Working with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, Indeed.com etc.
  • Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc
  • Experience with ATS like JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, CATSone or similar
  • Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.
  • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in hybrid model will be plus point
  • Working hours: 8pm to 5:30am IST

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full Life Cycle of Technical Recruiting (Sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
