Description

What Experience You Need

A Bachelor's degree with 10-14 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years managing offshore teams. 
A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with proven experience implementing Scrum practices. 
Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). 
A proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, including performance management, coaching, and hiring. 
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  What could set you apart  

Hands-on experience with Java and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 
Active cloud certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMP certification
