Responsibilities

  • Requirements gathering, analysis, and project design. 
  • Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal. 
  • Managing and coaching the implementation team; reviewing deliverables 
  • Project management for timely delivery of technical projects 
  • Being the public face for the team, supporting sales with professional services 
  • Maintaining and producing internal and customer-facing documentation 
  • Continuous team improvement through process standardization and automation 
  • Providing training to internal team members 


Requirements and skills

10 years of Technical PM experience

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical customer-facing roles 
  • Financial experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a Fintech environment 
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL 
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field 
  • Experience with Java, Angular, React 
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile development, and planning 
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and diligent
