Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering, analysis, and project design.
- Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal.
- Managing and coaching the implementation team; reviewing deliverables
- Project management for timely delivery of technical projects
- Being the public face for the team, supporting sales with professional services
- Maintaining and producing internal and customer-facing documentation
- Continuous team improvement through process standardization and automation
- Providing training to internal team members
Requirements and skills
10 years of Technical PM experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical customer-facing roles
- Financial experience
- 1+ year of experience in a Fintech environment
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Java, Angular, React
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile development, and planning
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and diligent
