Description

Responsibilities:

  • This role is a dual role of a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master with strong Networking expertise.
  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
  • Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE experience with networking products including: Wifi, Ethernet, Fiber Optic, Managed router, Wholesale communications services, Carrier Ethernet Services, B2B connectivity, Enterprise VPN.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • IT software engineering or networking experience managing a team size of 20-25 people divided across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Driving product deliverables.
  • Cross functional coordination working with multiple product teams
