Technical Project Manager

We’re looking for someone who’s not only technically strong but also a people-first leader who can guide teams, handle clients, and deliver high-quality products—on time, every time.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple technical projects across mobile app development and full-stack web solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Assist and guide team members with technical roadblocks and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Ensure all work meets high quality standards and aligns with client expectations.

Own project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met without compromising on quality.

Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and regular project reviews.

Monitor team performance, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain clear documentation, progress reports, and status updates to stakeholders and clients.

Communicate effectively with developers, designers, QA, and business teams.

Contribute to continuous process improvement for better project delivery and team productivity.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–6 years of proven experience in project management in the software development industry.

Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of mobile app development (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native) and full-stack web technologies (MERN stack preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with a calm, focused approach.

Strong understanding of version control systems, deployment pipelines, and software development lifecycles.
