Technical Project Manager (Java)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and updates.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage onsite-offshore coordination, streamlining team collaboration.
Qualifications & Skill Matrix:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager with at least 5+ years in Java development.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: PMP/Agile Scrum Master certification, experience with microservices & RESTful APIs.
