Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager (AWS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering cloud-based projects on AWS, ensuring successful implementation and on-time delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with development teams, AWS architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery of solutions.
   
• Cloud Strategy Implementation: Help define and execute cloud strategies in AWS, including migration, deployment, security, scalability, and cost management.
   
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and AWS experts to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
   
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and proactively resolve project issues to avoid delays and ensure successful project outcomes.
   
• Agile Methodology: Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing requirements effectively.
   
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, project status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
   
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the AWS-based solutions meet the organization’s standards for quality, performance, and security.
   
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and propose process improvements to optimize future AWS projects and improve delivery outcomes.

• Assist app teams and business to quickly adopt to AWS federated platform and assist with migration of applications to AWS.
   
• Good understanding experience of AWS landing zone, services and platform.
   
• Good understanding of Terraform enterprise to assist app teams to adapt quickly.
   
• CI/CD trouble shooting and assistance.
   
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive adoption
   
• Witten and verbal communication skills
   
• DevOPs and agile processes
