Description
- Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of projects using open-source technologies, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Lead and manage projects with a focus on technologies like LAMP Stack, Python, JavaScript (Node.js) and frontend technologies like Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of development practices, tools.
- Exposure to managing fixed bid projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading agile development teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex technical projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple sub-projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project success.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
- Track and report on project KPIs, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Support engineering teams by addressing technical and organizational challenges, providing clarity, and driving the successful execution of projects
