Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Set Top Box Bootloader development team.
• Keep track of project timelines, assess risks and plan mitigations.

Primary Skillset

• Knowledge of STB/DTV subsystems.
• Knowledge of Linux, drivers and bootloaders especially ARM bootloaders, RDK.
• Experience with Agile project management, Sprint planning, and Risk/Stakeholder management.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring, coaching team members.
• Excellent business communication skills – verbal & written.

Preferred Skillset

• Working experience in RDK-V.
• Knowledge in Yocto and familiar with working on opensource community.
