Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful delivery of our product engineering initiatives. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. While the position does not involve direct management of engineering or development teams, it requires close coordination across multiple functions to keep projects aligned and transparent.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, engineering, QA, and UX teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and trackers using Azure DevOps, MS Project, or other tools.
• Generate accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Track budgets, resource allocations, and milestone completion to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
• Identify risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
• Facilitate sprint and release planning in coordination with technical leads and Scrum Masters.
• Ensure all documentation, decision logs, and status updates are current and accessible to relevant teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP certified.
• 5–8 years of experience in project or program coordination within software or product engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering status reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and distributed environment.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Experience with SaaS product development and release management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, or AI/ML concepts.
