Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle—from initiation to closure

Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to define scope, priorities, and timelines

Translate business and product requirements into detailed technical tasks and milestones

Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews

Monitor progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana

Track and report key project KPIs, timelines, and resource utilization

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

Ensure technical teams have clear priorities and support to remove blockers

Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
