Technical Project Manager - Agile Methodologies

What You'll Do

Agile Project Management :

Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional development teams, guiding sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitate project roadmapping, timeline estimation, and backlog refinement in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Technical Delivery Oversight

Provide hands-on leadership across MEAN/MERN web projects (MongoDB, Express, Angular/React, Node.js).
Oversee technical implementation and architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards.
Identify risks, remove blockers, and continuously optimize the delivery process.

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering clear, timely updates on project progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
Translate technical concepts and constraints into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences.

Team Leadership & Coaching

Mentor and guide developers, QA, and DevOps team members on Agile best practices.
Conduct regular performance check-ins, support professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Encourage knowledge sharing, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

Continuous Improvement

Drive the adoption of modern tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Champion process enhancements to improve quality, predictability, and speed of delivery.

What We're Looking For

Agile & Scrum Expertise.
5+ years of experience in an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and associated ceremonies.
Technical Background in MEAN/MERN.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with JavaScript-based web stacks (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js/Angular, Node.js).
Comfortable discussing high-level architecture, code quality, testing strategies, and DevOps practices.

Project Management Skills

Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver complex web applications on time and within budget.
Proficiency in project management tools (e., Jira, Trello) and version control systems (e., Git).

Leadership & Communication

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Preferred Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e., CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP).
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
