Technical Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage software development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify risks or bottlenecks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate delays.
• Assist in resource allocation to ensure the right personnel are assigned to project tasks based on expertise and availability.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting notes, and client communications.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project flow.
• Ensure software development projects follow the established SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Support in preparing project reports and updates for clients and senior management.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges, facilitating efficient communication between technical teams and business units.

Requirements and skills :

• Proven experience coordinating software development projects within an IT services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with experience managing client relationships and technical team collaboration.
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical environments.
• Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, timelines, and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a project coordination role in software development or IT services is highly desirable.
