Technical Program Manager – Wireless Telecommunications

Position Overview:

Invences Inc. is eagerly seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to spearhead our projects related to Wireless Telecommunications, specifically in areas like 4G, 5G, MEC, Private Networks including ORAN, and NextGen Core. This pivotal role will interface closely with Tier-1 Operators and premier OEMs, ensuring meticulous program execution and seamless product development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft and oversee intricate program schedules, ensuring they align with stakeholder requirements and timelines.

2. Serve as the central liaison between technical teams, product managers, and Tier-1 Operators.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units, to unveil cutting-edge telecommunication solutions.

4. Guarantee timely and on-budget project deliveries, adhering to scope stipulations.

5. Tackle and resolve technical or scheduling challenges promptly.

6. Provide frequent program updates to stakeholders and the Invences senior management team.

7. Stay abreast of the newest advancements in wireless technologies and relevant industry trends.

8. Identify, manage, and alleviate project risks proactively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in the wireless telecommunications realm.

3. Robust understanding of 4G, 5G, MEC, Private Networks, ORAN, and NextGen Core technologies.

4. Prior experience collaborating with Tier-1 Operators and OEMs.

5. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and produce results in a high-paced environment.

6. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

7. Proven strategic mindset with a knack for methodical execution.
