Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Networking Technologies

Location: Mountain view, CA(hybrid)

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a Networking and Development background to drive critical network infrastructure projects. This role will focus on network automation, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), cloud networking, and fiber deployment initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong development background along with expertise in network infrastructure, DevOps for networking, and automation. You will collaborate with network engineers, software developers, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of networking programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for network infrastructure, automation, and cloud networking projects
• Collaborate with network engineers, developers, and DevOps teams to optimize fiber deployment, SDN, and network automation.
• Drive initiatives to automate network configurations, monitoring, and performance optimizations.
• Oversee integration of cloud networking solutions (GCP) with fiber-based broadband infrastructure.
• Define technical roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics for network engineering programs.
• Identify risks, mitigate blockers, and align technical priorities with business objectives.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines for networking automation are optimized for deployment efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across network engineering, cloud teams, and software development.
• Drive reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives for network infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a network development background.
• Strong experience in network automation, SDN, fiber-optic deployments, and cloud networking.
• Development background in Python, Golang, or Java, with experience in network scripting and automation.
• Proficiency in networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Hands-on expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevOps for networking.
• Experience working with GCP networking or other cloud networking environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Wireshark).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional programs.
