Technical Program Manager

Role: Technical Program Manager (Zuora & Adyen Expertise)

Location: Mountain view, CA(Hybrid) 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in Zuora and Adyen to drive the successful delivery of projects and initiatives related to subscription management and payment processing platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical programs, and ensure seamless integration and optimization of Zuora and Adyen solutions to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects related to Zuora (subscription management) and Adyen (payment processing).
  • Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Zuora & Adyen Integration:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Zuora and Adyen systems to support subscription billing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of Zuora and Adyen APIs with existing systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance functionality.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with product managers, finance teams, and technical leads to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure project success.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Zuora and Adyen, providing guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the security of payment data.
• Reporting & Metrics:
  • Track project progress, generate status reports, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Analyze business and system performance data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects involving Zuora and Adyen systems is mandatory.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of subscription billing systems (Zuora) and payment processing platforms (Adyen).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, cloud-based solutions, and system optimization.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and database systems is a plus.
