Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review RFP, including Q&A and supplemental information
• Understand client needs, including vague or unclear sections of the RFP
• Design the program and team structure based on client preferences
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop the solution/program
• Draft key sections of the proposal with the proposal team
• Coordinate with the Capture Manager, SMEs, and Proposal team to assemble the final proposal

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Federal contracts, particularly those of comparable or larger sizes
• Expertise in proposal development and writing
• Strong background in overseeing IT O&M projects with both infrastructure and application components

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing proposals for large-scale Federal contracts
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
