Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join the - BackOffice Workflows
The technical stack is mainly Java Springboot, REST APIs and an BPMN orchestration platform (Camunda).
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be working and collaborating on a daily basis with several dev and support teams, business users, business analysts, product owners, production teams, etc.
As Technical Product Owner you would have the following responsibilities:
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
• Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the user, the business, and the technology.
• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
• Set sprint goals.
• Plan releases and upgrades.
• Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
• Identifying potential risks in projects and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.

What we are looking for
Experience & Education
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles and technologies;
• 3+ years of experience on working in Agile Teams and tools, like JIRA and Confluence;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or a related field, or substantial practical experience of software delivery at an advanced level;
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology as well Waterfall;
• Elementary knowledge in financial products in the wholesale banking environment;
• High level of English;
• Knowledge of Spanish (desirable);
• PMI PMP Certification & CSPO Certification (desirable) ;

• Technical background and experience on delivering enterprise applications;
