Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager - Technical to lead the definition and delivery of mobile and web components that enable seamless management and troubleshooting of satellite terminals. As the single-threaded owner for eCommerce and Order-to-Cash (OTC), you will ensure a cohesive user experience across all customer touchpoints and own the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for mobile and web features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Partner with UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces, robust features, and seamless integration.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, gathering input from customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Drive planning and execution of feature releases, ensuring backward compatibility and minimal disruption.
• Oversee compliance with security, legal, and privacy requirements.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure feature performance and guide improvements.
• Create customer-facing materials and lead communications with customers and distributors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in mobile/web applications.
• Strong background in user experience design, system integrations, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical trade-offs and customer value
