Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carry the product/feature from concept to creation
  • Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition to our client base
  • Distill the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specifications through deep dives into the domain, gathering requirements, and business analysis
  • Work closely with engineers and architects to translate product specifications into design and final products
  • Prepare comprehensive business test cases to aid the engineering process
  • Rigorously evaluate the progress of products/features in-flight, ensuring compliance with specifications and vision
  • Track and question risks and assumptions, proactively escalating issues and mitigating execution risks
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform product strategy

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Python programming
  • Experience or exposure to Fullstack Python development
  • Understanding of software product lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education: Graduate degree in Software Engineering. Advanced knowledge in Trade Accounting and operations or certifications in the financial domain such as MBA or CFA will be an added advantage
