Notes: technical product manager with very strong salesforce experience. must have done implementations (working with admins), must have Agile experience, must great comm, working with stakeholders, building road maps.

Ideally someone that has worked at a SF admin previously and shifted to functional side as they will be working along side technical team

Product Owner Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce applications.
  • Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing customer requirements for Salesforce projects.
  •  In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Understanding of Salesforce integration process and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and architecture.
  •  Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
  • Hands-on experience leading and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to work closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Track record of delivering incremental value through iterative development in a Scrum framework.
  •  Proficiency in using Jira Software for project management and issue tracking.
  • Experience in creating and managing Jira boards, backlogs, and sprints.
  • Familiarity with advanced Jira features, such as custom workflows and automation rules.
  • Ability to leverage Jira for effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting effective meetings and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  •  Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
