Description

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial systems or incentives/rewards platforms.
  • Experience leading cloud migration or modernization projects, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong understanding of batch and real-time processing, data reconciliation, and financial controls.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of working across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.
  • Technical know-how to understand the complexities in a platform migration
