Technical Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

        * Own product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration for one or more technical products or platforms.

        * Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions.

        * Translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

        * Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs.

        * Serve as the technical liaison between product, engineering, and business stakeholders -- leveraging your understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and platform integrations.

        * Drive product decisions through data analysis, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback.

        * Manage cross-functional initiatives across design, QA, operations, and marketing.

        * Leverage Agile methodologies, owning backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.

        * Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and guide future development.

Qualifications:

        * 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a similar role.

        * Experience at a large enterprise company like AT&T or similar, with exposure to large-scale systems, enterprise clients, or telecommunications infrastructure.

        * Proven ability to work with technical teams and communicate effectively with engineers.

        * Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

        * Strong analytical skills -- ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

        * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

        * Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

        * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

        * Experience in telecom, 5G, IoT, network infrastructure, or enterprise software.

        * Background in DevOps, data platforms, or customer-facing APIs.

        * Previous success in modernizing legacy systems or platforms at scale.

        * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, or Tableau
