Description

We're looking for an IT professional with 1.5+ years of hands-on deskside/onsite support experience. Key skills include:
Strong Microsoft OS installation and troubleshooting (Win 7, 10, 11)
Expertise with MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, and desktop support
Hardware repair (PCs, laptops) with HP Repair Certification a plus
Network and data center support knowledge
Proficiency with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and excellent customer service skills
