Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of technical developers.
• Providing technical guidance and support to technical developers
• Gathering and analyze overall incident and delegate to respective system analyst (set priorities)
• Handle complex fixture or requirements
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Perform scrum with developers to understand progress of incident resolution
• Collaborating with system analyst lead and developers to track end to end  incident resolution or SR implementation.
