Technical Lead – ServiceNow (SecOps)

• The candidate will lead a team of 8-10 ServiceNow developers and testers.
• Support and maintain all technical aspects of ServiceNow platform.
• Design and Develop OOTB and custom application on ServiceNow platform with primary focus on SecOps development.
• Owns the requirement gathering sessions collaborating with various stakeholders.

Experience and Skills Required:

• 6+ years of experience in developing applications using ServiceNow platform (Development & administration) including minimum 2 years in SecOps.
• Must have led a team in technical capacity.
• Expertise with two or more ServiceNow solutions like SecOps, GRC/IRM, ITSM, CMDB application.
• Experience with Now mobile app.
• Extensive experience creating custom Widget using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap , AngularJS, Server Side scripting, Jelly Script, jQuery.
• Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.
• Experience of Scoped Application and Service Portal.
• Should have good understanding about domain separation.
• Excellent Analytical, Logical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Should have ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL Certification.
• Relevant ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Adherence to agile development methods like SCRUM
