Job description:
Position Overview
The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical architecture, development, and maintenance of the Sales Crediting System. This role will oversee SQL development, system integration, and technical implementation of business requirements while leading a team of developers and analysts.
Technical Skills
Must Have:
Advanced SQL Server development (complex stored procedures, functions, optimization)
Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
Strong knowledge of SQL Server memory-optimized tables
Experience with ETL processes and data integration, including:
Design and implementation of data extraction from source systems (Salesforce, transaction processing systems)
Creation of efficient transformation processes for sales attribution rules
Implementation of reliable loading procedures with proper error handling and logging
Experience with ETL scheduling and monitoring
Troubleshooting ETL pipeline failures
Proficiency in designing and implementing data models
Experience with source control systems for database code
Good to Have:
Experience with Salesforce integration (API, middleware)
Knowledge of cloud database technologies
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database projects
Experience with data masking and security implementation
Understanding of microservices architecture
