Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead – OneShield, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows:
- To lead and drive a team of developers in a challenging environment while solving difficult business problems.
- Coordinate with business users, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements and configure complex business rules and workflows.
- Lead solutioning efforts by developing and presenting POCs Configure, build & develop technical solutions using OneShield Dragon designer components such as Object, Object relationship, Data Marts, Workflow, Transformation, Product Configuration, DAP, Forms configuration, Middle Tier etc.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Trouble shoot & resolve technical issues, provide solutions & workarounds to critical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members!
- Oversee and contribute to daily communication / reports between onsite and offshore.
- Oversee daily task allocation, monitoring, and status reporting to the client & project leadership.
Requirements:
The incumbent must –
- Have an overall work experience ranging between 7-12 years, with at least 5 years of OneShield OS PAS implementation experience, solution design, configuration, extension, customization and post live support experience.
- Knowledge/experience on Billing and claims will be advantage.
- Configure, build, and develop OneShield Software components using OneShield metadata for business workflows, data modelling, transformation, batch jobs, forms, etc.
- Expertise in configuration and development of various areas of OS PAS Transactions, DAP configuration, product configuration of multiple LOBs/products, Forms configuration, Partner creation, partner agreement, etc.
- Strong understanding of application development projects, particularly those involving the implementation of complex business rules.
- Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL and Java
- Proven technical experience in requirement analysis, detailed design, and implementation activities to ensure the development, integration, and long-term maintenance of applications.
- Have a deep insight into the SDLC and strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired Skill Set:
Candidates with these extra skills on their resumes have an added advantage while getting their profile assessed. Some of them are as follows:
- Insurance domain knowledge.
- Prior experience on working on system integration, data migration and APIs.
- Good understanding of cloud native application development.
- Understanding of any integration/middleware tools like MuleSoft, ESB Implementations and API Gateways is preferred
