Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present conceptual and functional prototypes for SharePoint solutions.
  • Design solution architectures and implementation plans in alignment with business-technology initiatives.
  • Assist in the migration of SharePoint system environments as per business requirements.
  • Implement SharePoint system solutions, including backend and frontend components.
  • Develop technical and functional documentation based on business requirements for SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide technical governance and ensure security best practices for the SharePoint environments.
  • Shape the strategy, architecture, methodology, and standards for SharePoint solution delivery.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint system environments, ensuring they meet business needs.


 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong experience in .NET Framework, HTML5/JavaScript, CSS, AngularJS/ReactJS, and general web development tools/technologies.
  • Extensive experience in SharePoint architecture and system design.
  • Proven experience in customer handling, team management, and project management.
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint features, security, and search functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs.
  • Expertise in SPFx development.
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience with the modern interface of SharePoint Online (SPO).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to design and implement new features and enhancements based on requirements.
  • Exposure to C#, SQL DB, and Azure services (e.g., Function App, Web Jobs, Web API) is a plus.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with SPFx development.
  • A total of 7-8 years of experience working with SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or any relevant technical degree
