Technical Lead 

Architect with deep understanding on System design and with good communication skill.

 

Hands-on experience with Backend systems and Full stack development is added advantage where the candidate can read code, understand/review code but not expected to write code on daily basis.

 

But have good exposure to complete end to end systems in a large organization.
