Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership • Provide technical direction: Lead the technical team in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge digital solutions that align with business goals. • Strategy development: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that leverage new technologies and methodologies. • Quality assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards across all digital transformation projects and initiatives. Project Management • Oversee project execution: Manage the execution of digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverable standards are met. • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Stakeholder communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Technical Expertise • Technology stack: Demonstrate deep knowledge of modern technology stacks, including cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain. • System integration: Oversee the integration of new digital solutions with existing systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. • Programming skills: Proficiency in Java, SQL, Oracle, and .NET frameworks. • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance digital transformation offerings. Team Development • Mentorship: Mentor and grow a high-performing technical team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development. • Collaboration: Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to drive innovation and efficiency. • Talent acquisition: Assist in recruiting top technical talent to build a robust and diverse team. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position within digital transformation projects. • Technical skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), agile methodologies, DevOps practices, software development, and strong skills in Java, SQL, Oracle, and .NET frameworks. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are highly desirable. Preferred Skills • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to navigate through complexities and drive solutions. • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and evolving technological landscapes. • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and inspiring technical teams
