Technical Lead / Team Lead

**Role:**

Oversee the technical direction of the project, guide the team, and ensure successful delivery of all components.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, architecture, and development of the full-stack application using React JS, Java Spring Boot, and other technologies.

2. Drive the migration from React JS to Next.js while ensuring scalability and performance optimization.

3. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth integration, deployment, and monitoring.

4. Oversee the implementation of microservices, ensuring best practices are followed for modularity, scalability, and fault tolerance.

5. Mentor and guide team members on best coding practices, including SEO optimization for frontend and efficient backend design.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI/UX, DevOps) to ensure project goals are met.

7. Ensure system observability and monitoring using Grafana, and handle performance bottlenecks in Redis and Kubernetes clusters.

8. Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, milestones, and deliverables.

9. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and project timelines.

10. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Next.js, Python.

- Strong experience with DevOps tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure Pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
