Technical Lead - GenAI with Agentic platform

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to join their team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creation and evolution of an Agentic platform. This platform includes key components such as:

• Agent Registry: Manage and store information about AI agents within the system.
• Agent Mesh: Develop and maintain a network of interconnected AI agents for collaborative processes.
• Agent Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI agents, ensuring efficient development, deployment, and retirement.

In this leadership role, you will provide technical direction, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced GenAI solutions. Your expertise will shape the evolution of IBM’s AI-powered platform to enhance its functionality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
