Technical Lead cum Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities Areas:

Serve as the lead technical resource for web application development.

Support maintenance and development of new features for web applications.

Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to specifications, ensuring development quality and timely delivery.

Resolve real-time issues related to production system functionality.

Uphold good design and coding standards, developing efficient application business logic.

Collaborate with technical architecture to ensure adequate unit test coverage.

Identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency, participating in process improvement initiatives.

Hands-on coding experience required for troubleshooting issues.

Proficiency in Servers & MySQL Management, including optimization techniques.

Fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by competent authority.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years in Laravel Framework and web development, including JS Stack (Angular / React / Vue).

Experience in Security & Performance Matrix, and optimizing web server configurations for scaling web applications.

Strong expertise in modern HTML/CSS.

Competency in web services integrations (REST/SOAP).

Extensive knowledge of software build cycles.

Experience working with Agile methodology.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Capability to manage multiple team members, ensuring their career growth and deliverables.

Preferred:

Knowledge of other frameworks such as Java, Python, .NET, Flutter.

Experience with additional programming languages like Java, Python, Flutter, Golang is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for daily interaction with team members.
