Technical Lead- C# Testing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing efforts for software applications developed in C#.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior testing team members.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# programming
• Knowledge of software testing concepts, tools, and methodologies
• Ability to design and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Experience in collaborating with developers to identify and fix defects
• Understanding of testing best practices and quality standards
• Leadership skills to mentor and support junior testers
• Nice-to-have: Exposure to automated testing frameworks

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
